eTouchPoint Releases Advanced Search Criteria for Finding Customer Comments
eTouchPoint is launching a new feature that enables users to search for customer comments by survey question response and/or survey fact information. Users are now able to quickly and easily see all of the customer comments for a time period based on one or more advanced search criteria.
For example, if a user wants to see comments where customers responded negatively to the “issue resolved” question and for customers whose tenure was <6 months they can use the advanced search criteria to list any comments that met these criteria.
