SkyCreek Corporation Extranet
Currently, the SkyCreek Corporation Extranet is available in its entirety to SkyCreek Corporation customers whose customer agreement is current. If you are a current SkyCreek Corporation customer, you may receive web-based support by visiting our support site and logging in. This allows you to view our published support documents, such as reports, and ask questions of our support personnel. Your questions and our answers may be published on our website, and made available to other website visitors. However, those visitors will have no way of knowing that one or more of the questions on the website was asked by you.

SkyCreek Corporation offers its users an opportunity to participate in live webcasts which are hosted by WebEx Communications, Inc, Citrix GoTo Meeting, or Citrix GoTo Webinar. A participant must register to take part in the webcast. The information collected at the time of registration (such as name, address, e-mail address) enables us to contact the participant with password and login information for the webcast. Additionally, registrants may be contacted by phone to ensure that they have the needed information for attending the webcast. A user may opt-out of being contacted in the future by e-mailing with their request to delete them from the “webcast e-mail list.” Please refer to webcast hosting providers websites for more information regarding their privacy statements.

Public Forums
This site currently does not make chat rooms forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to users. If and when such communication forums are offered, this policy will be updated.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

SkyCreek Corporation products are for use by businesses. Therefore, we would not expect children under the age of 18 to provide us with any personally identifiable information.

Referral Program
If a customer decides to refer a prospect as a part of our Referral Program, we ask them to provide the prospect’s name, company, title, phone, address (if available), as well as information about their relationship with the prospect. The client can request a call from the sales representative prior to the prospect being contacted. The referral prospect may contact SkyCreek Corporation to request the removal of this information from the SkyCreek Corporation database.

SkyCreek Corporation takes precautions to protect our visitors’ and customers’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line using standard security best practices such as firewalls, encryption and intrusion detection. Full backups are performed every week on the entire file system and incremental backups are done daily. Finally, all hosted servers are kept physically secure in world-class hosting data centers.

Credit Cards
We do not currently accept credit card information on-line. If and when credit card information is requested in the future, this policy will be updated.

Special Offers
We send all new clients a welcoming e-mail to verify password and username. We send the newsletter to those people who specifically request it. Visitors to our website will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals.
