eTouchPoint Releases New Impersonation Feature
eTouchPoint is launching a new feature that allows clients to configure the ability to impersonate other users by level. With this enhancement, users will now be able to:
- Access the results of their peers
- Access the results of their superiors
- Define which levels can impersonate and what levels they are allowed to see
With eTouchPoint’s impersonation feature, supervisors can now view what their managers can access so that they can see how their team compares to those of their peers. Additionally, supervisors can now access each other’s alerts, so that they can cover for one another when on vacation or out of the office. For more information on this new feature, please contact your eTouchPoint Account Manager.
