For every initiative, eTouchPoint provides dedicated program management support to ensure a smooth deployment process. Our role during the design and implementation process typically covers project management / scheduling, meeting facilitation, vendor management, and milestone tracking to ensure an initiative is deployed on time, within budget, and with high quality.

In addition, successful implementation of eTouchPoint is dependent upon adoption and indoctrination of the EFM practice into the company’s culture by stakeholders, managers, and employees. All too often strategic initiatives fail because they are not fully embraced by those in the trenches. eTouchPoint provides customized training on the EFM/CEM program and our applications, as well as ongoing support on how to interpret feedback data for optimal results.
